After your trial expires you will need to visit our pricing page, select a new plan (Standard, Premium or Enterprise) and purchase a monthly/yearly subscription. All information and customization you added to your trial account will carry over to your paid subscription.

A Registered user is anyone (learner or teacher) who has been registered in the Clover platform. A user who has logged into learning platform and passed to Clover (via LTI) or has directly signed in to Clover via SSO, is considered as Registered user.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan and the number of registered users at any time, and cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). There is no cancellation fee. At that stage, all your VLAB deployments would stay the same, and all your LMS and Cloud settings would remain the same.
No. There isn’t any setup fees on our plans.
You can cancel your account whenever you want. When you do, your account will be set to close at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be billed again. We do not have any cancellation fees.
We do not offer refunds, which includes refunds for unused time/credits and/or for yearly subscriptions.

Their role is to help you in getting the best out of our Clover product by advising, training, and responding to your needs and expectations as best as possible. They’ll help you set up your cloud infrastructures and platforms, as well as keep track of how you’re integrating the Clover-VTL platform into your LMSs to offer recommendations.

You will receive a notification about exceeding the number of users, and new users will not be able to log in.
