How does the 14-day free trial work?

Jump right in and create your Clover VTL account today, to activate a fullfeatured 14-day free trial. Customize and explore all the powerful features without ever providing a credit card. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with Clover before you buy the product. Automatically expires after 14 days, no cancelation necessary.

Are there any limitations in the free trial ?

You will have full access to all the features of Clover-VTL (as provided in the Premium Plan) during the free trial period. The only limitation is that you can register no more than five users, with one desktop per user.

How do we upgrade from the free trial account to a paid subscription?

After your trial expires you will need to visit our pricing page, select a new plan (Standard, Premium or Enterprise) and purchase a monthly/yearly subscription. All information and customization you added to your trial account will carry over to your paid subscription.

Can I extend my free trial?

Yes. Account access can be extended by discussing your needs with an account executive, simply write to us.

What’s a Registered user?

A Registered user is anyone (learner or teacher) who has been registered in the Clover platform. A user who has logged into learning platform and passed to Clover (via LTI) or has directly signed in to Clover via SSO, is considered as Registered user.

How can I pay for a plan?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment by bank transfer for yearly subscriptions, you need just to contact us.

What’s the difference between yearly and monthly prices?

Every plan you see can be billed yearly or monthly. This flexibility lets you choose a plan that makes the most sense for your business and training needs.

Our yearly plans come with savings and are ideal for those who will use Clover for long-term, ongoing training. Monthly plans are ideal for those who need to get virtual labs for short bursts of time.

Can I change plans at anytime?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan and the number of registered users at any time, and cancel your subscription effective at the end of your current subscription period (either annually or monthly). There is no cancellation fee.  At that stage, all your VLAB deployments would stay the same, and all your LMS and Cloud settings would remain the same.

 

Is there a setup fee?

No. There isn’t any setup fees on our plans.

 

Can we cancel our account at any time? Do you provide refunds?

You can cancel your account whenever you want. When you do, your account will be set to close at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be billed again. We do not have any cancellation fees.

We do not offer refunds, which includes refunds for unused time/credits and/or for yearly subscriptions.

What does a success manager do?

Success managers are included in our Premium plan. Their role is to help you in getting the best out of our Clover product by advising, training, and responding to your needs and expectations as best as possible. They’ll help you set up your cloud infrastructures and platforms, as well as keep track of how you’re integrating the Clover-VTL platform into your LMSs to offer recommendations.

Can I get the Clover-VTL for a custom number of users?

Yes. If you have 500+ users and our proposed plans don′t fit your requirements, simply write to us. We will find a special solution for you.

What happens if I exceed the number of registred users?

You will receive a notification about exceeding the number of users, and new users will not be able to log in.

What kind of data security protocols/systems do you have?

To protect against major data loss, we conduct daily remote backups of Clover platform and database. In addition, we employ secure socket layer (SSL) protection and encryption between our servers and your devices; server-side firewall protection; and best practices to protect against breaches.
